Samoa is just the same. I refuse to say "dumb", I instead am using
"intelligent and unintelligent", just to emphasise a point, that
God gave each and every one of us a brain to use, and it's up to us
human beings to use it in a positive and contributing way for the
betterment of society, and not be unintelligible or stupid enough
to use the word "dumb", let alone assuming or calling a race
